Biography

Juan Alejandro Perrotta (Alex Rouk) was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1988. Since childhood, music has been his passion. In his teens, he began to be influenced by music from the 80's and that way, he felt great interest in electronic sounds. At age 15, he starts to get more involved in electronic music based on Dj / Producers such as Richie Hawtin, Tiesto, Carl Cox, Umek, Armin Van Buuren, Dubfire & Lutzerkichen among others.In 2006, Alex began a DJ course at Groove Records Academy in Caracas in order to learn more stuff about electronic music and experimenting with new electronic genres and sounds DJing House, Techno & Tech-House. The knowledge he achieved executed in all his live performances showed an appeal beyond expectations.Alex Rouk has a flourished story full of electronic music which continues to bear fruit. In parallel, Alex did live interviews and live Dj set mixes through Alba Ciudad Radio FM, Radio 1 (Essential Mix) and FusibleFm in Venezuela. It did'nt take long to become a respected & recognized Dj in Latin America.By 2010, Alex continues to evolve in the electronic music fields following all the very big DJ/Producers every day, very closely. Then he moves to Spain (Tenerife) wanting to fulfill his dream of being a great DJ / Producer with the awareness that a hard work awaits him stimulating all his motivation so that he can be heard in some of today's major record labels and clubs, as a result .
